Who We Are
Rapp at Home (RAH or the Village) helps seniors, age 50 and older, maintain their independence and live safely in their own homes. RAH is a membership organization which provides a mutual support system for seniors. RAH members receive transportation, services, social and cultural activities and/or referrals to other community organizations, service providers and businesses.
Some services provided include
- Rides to medical appointments or referrals to other transportation providers
- Services to preserve independence (house "minding", home safety checks, caregiver respite, handyman repairs)
- Grocery delivery (from Harris-Teeter in Warrenton)
- One call Service Center: one stop shopping approach
- Prescription delivery (CVS)
- Social programs (education, discussions, monthly cultural activities)
