Carver Center

Carver Center is a historic center serving individuals 55 and better from 9:00am until 2:00pm Monday through Friday.  Programming for all ages is offered weekday afternoons after 2 pm and on Saturdays.  We offer classes in diverse content areas, including health and fitness, fine and applied arts, dance, and education and information.  Special events bring in guest speakers on issues of current concern, world renowned musicians, theater groups, and a variety of celebrations around cultural discovery and familiar traditions.  We are a young center in a historic building with a rich history and a bright future.



Some activities available are arts and crafts; billiards and fitness; book-loan library; fitness center; computer lab; picnic area; outdoor activities; guest speakers; life enrichment classes and special events.
