Encompass Home Health offers skilled nursing services in your home.  Nurses will assist you in managing a variety of medical needs on a part-time basis while you are at home.  Services can include, but are not limited to: chronic disease management, medication management, wound care, pain management, catheter care and management, post surgical care, IV therapy and injections, venipuncture, enteral nutrition, ostomy care, nutritional support, anti-coagulation therapy monitoring,etc.



Other services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, home health aide and medical social work.
