Who We Are
Ashland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center offers 24 hour nursing care, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, pet therapy and daily recreational activities. The center also has a secure unit for residents that wander. Capacity is 190 skilled nursing beds.
We provide inpatient rehabilitation services on a short term basis so that our residents can return safely to their home. Our in-house nursing staff and therapists have experience in treating and working with patients in a variety of areas such as: hip replacements and fractures, knee replacements, CVA's, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and dementia.
For the residents that are unable to return home, there is a community oriented atmosphere, in which the physicians and nursing staff care for their daily needs. Our activities department offers many activities to involve residents. We are a family owned and operated center serving Ashland and surrounding areas since 1975. We offer respite stays, hospice, and long-term stays. There are many volunteer opportunities in this homelike setting. We have a fully planned activity schedule including weekly outings.
