Who We Are
Lynchburg Parks and Recreation maintains nine community centers. The College Hill Neighborhood Center serves citizens 50 and over in a variety of ways. General activities include cards, dominoes, knitting, billiards, educational programs and blood pressure checks. Special activities include College Hill Choral Society, Dining Out Group Van Trip and Jolly Agers Club. Senior Recreation Shuffle is on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the summer.
Pick up a copy of the Activity Guide at the Templeton Senior Center or the Miller Center at 301 Grove Street. Van transportation for seniors is available as well as the publishing of a monthly newsletter
