Capital Area Partnership Uplifting People (CAPUP) offers transportation four days a week for eligible older adults to participate in Senior Centers in Powhatan and Goochland counties.  Transportation may be available for seniors to congregate meal sites and Friendship Cafes in Powhatan, Goochland, and Hanover counties. 

 On-call nonemergency medical transportation is available to eligible seniors in the counties of Goochland and Powhatan. Adults with disabilities who reside in Powhatan County and who are referred by the Community Services Board or the Department of Rehabilitative Services are transported to and from their place of employment.  Call the Richmond office for more information. Staff will refer you to the correct person or location.
