Weatherization and Home Repairs, CHP Energy Solutions Central Virginia Office

The Central Virginia Office of Community Housing Partners (CHP) can provide weatherization services for the Central Virginia region, as well as home repairs for eligible homeowners.

Weatherization services reduce energy costs for families by improving the energy efficiency of the home. The Energy Solution team will complete a site-specific energy audit and install energy-saving measures such as improved insulation and air sealing or if necessary, perform repairs to heating and cooling systems.

This service is for low income families, particularly households with elderly residents, individuals with disabilities, and families with children. Households are typically qualified based on income.
