Who We Are
Formerly known as Blue Ridge NursingTherapy Center, Blue Ridge Therapy Connection offers skilled nursing care, including wound care, cardiac care, cancer, diabetes and more. In addition to round-the-clock skilled nursing and personal assistance, residents enjoy stimulating social, educational and recreational activities, restaurant-style dining, comfortable accommodations, and full amenities, in a comfortable home-like setting.
Inpatient rehabilitation program combines physical, occupational, and speech therapies with a transitional care model to provide the full continuum of care. Our therapy connection features a separate therapy community entrance, private rooms, and a family gazebo picnic area. The inpatient rehabilitation rooms are all private suites with TV, Cable, WI-FI, and phone.
Therapy Connection is ideal for post operative care or traditional strength and endurance training. The program promotes support and encouragement from families for a smooth and quick transition back home. Other health services are also available on the campus.
