Assisted Living

Meadow Glen of Leesburg provides twenty-four hour residential and assisted living care. The facility is also known as the Meadow Glen Farmhouse. The Assisted Living program provides a base service plan plus three additional levels of care.  The Base rental plan includes utilities, housekeeping, laundry, and three daily meals, plus transportation to medical appointments twice each month, activities, and basic cable television.

Transportation is provided for social, and recreational activities, the dining room and hairstylist are on site. The one-story residence has large front porches, raised flower planters, a fountain, and a screened porch. Common areas include two large living rooms (each with patio or outdoor porch), sunroom, formal dining room with fireplace and intimate, private family dining room, library, and parlor. Each unit contains a private bathroom with a shower stall, kitchenette, telephone hook-up, cable television, and individually controlled thermostat. A wellness center offers monitoring of resident's health.

Meadow Glen can welcome residents with low levels of dementia or Alzheimer's disease. Prospective residents will be evaluated to make sure that staff can meet their special needs. Capacity is 40 residents.
