Home Repairs

The Home Repair program is an extension of its mission to build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter. This program helps low-income families address repair needs in their homes by focusing on safety, accessibility, and meeting municipal codes. 



Home repairs can include ramps, bathtub conversions, raised toilets, gutter repair, weather-strippings, water heaters, minor electrical repairs, and more.



To qualify for an application you must own and occupy your home; be current on payments and taxes; demonstrate a willingness to partner with Habitat; understand this is not an emergency repair program; and have a total household income of less than 60% of the median income for Clarke, Frederick, and Shenandoah.
