Community Transportation

Care Advantage, Inc. offers flexible scheduled transportation services for community residents who are unable to use the fixed-route public transportation system. The services may be used by the general public, seniors, and individuals with a disability. Transportation can be to medical appointments, social outings or to do errands.   Services include transportation for nursing home or assisted living facility residents.

Vehicles cannot transport wheelchairs or scooters.
