Abuse Alternatives Inc. operates a 24-hour hotline and emergency shelter, offers information and referral services, transportation, court advocacy and client assistance to residents of Washington County VA, City of Bristol VA, Sullivan County TN, City of Bristol TN and Bluff City TN.
