Who We Are
Suffolk Meals on Wheels deliver meals to senior and disabled residents in Suffolk and the Isle of Wight County Region. Two nourishing meals, including 2 beverages (juice or milk), are provided Monday - Friday each week. Meals are prepared by Sentara Obici Food Services. The menus are developed by a licensed dietician and are required to meet 2/3 of the Recommended Dietary Allowance for Seniors. The meals include a hot noon day meal and a cold supper meal. Special diets are available upon request. Meals are delivered by awesome volunteers. An application to receive meals can be downloaded from the website.
