Who We Are

First Colonial Inn offers residential and assisted living care to ambulatory residents only. Studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units are available. Care is provided to those individuals who need help with activities of daily living but are not in need of nursing home care.



Three meals a day are provided, bi-weekly housekeeping and linens services are included in the rental amount also. An active lifestyle may be maintained with access to shopping, crafts, movies, games, and scheduled transportation included in the rent. A Wellness workout center with scheduled exercise classes, chapel, beauty salon, and barber shop are also on the premises. Also offered are free Web TV and computer instruction classes.



Assisted living level of care charges are based on a personalized health assessment. Call for more details.
