Carolyn Bourdow has over 30 years in law practice, with 25 being in elder law. Provides estate planning and estate administration; long term care planning, tax and business planning; planning for disability, conservatorship matters, preparation of wills and trusts, advance medical directives, powers of attorney, probate matters, fiduciary tax administration, guardianship uncontested and contested, disputed tax, and income tax preparation. Also estate planning for families with a disabled member.
Carolyn Bourdow focuses on estate planning/administration and elder law issues. Talks to area service organizations about elder law issues are available. Pro-bono services or sliding scale on case by case basis. Works with accountants, geriatric care managers, and financial planners. Possible waiting period of 2-4 weeks. Ms. Bourdow is a founding Trustee of the Commonwealth Community Trust (a state-wide master special needs trust for families with disabled children) and a former Trustee of Senior Living Choices.
