Who We Are
Park Place offers one and two-bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms. Balconies or patios. Compact washers and dryers in most apartments, plus a laundry room with full size washer and dryer on each floor. Stove and refrigerator included in every apartment and some with dishwasher and microwave. Your choice of flooring and wallpaper.
Flexible dining program of 20 meals per person a month. Buffet meals are served in the bright and Park Place Dining Room every day at noon. Professional dining staff is available to assist residents. Assigned parking space. 24-hour emergency assistance. Pets allowed. Storage space available.
