Event Description
Join us as we raise the American Flag at the Goochland Family YMCA on Flag Day Thursday - June 14, 2018 at 11:00am. Flag Day commemorates the adoption of the flag of the United States, which happened on June 14, 1777, by resolution of the Second Continental Congress. It won’t be a long celebration but we plan to have the kids involved with the Pledge of Allegiance and recognize any Veterans.
