Extensive rehabilitation of both properties includes the use of green building practices and design features such as energy efficient mechanical systems, appliances, and lighting.
Amenities include community room for residents and after school programs, laundry center and picnic area. Resident services include daycare, employment assistance, financial literacy, health services, parenting skills, tax preparation assistance, nutrition, resident activities and more.
