Who We Are
A program of Horizon Behavioral Health, Project Link is a treatment program for pregnant or post postpartum women that integrates prevention, early intervention, and treatment services with health care and other support services. Services are provided in multiple community and Horizon Behavioral Health locations.

Crisis emergency services are available 24 hours per day, every day.
Intake Process
Call for a required appointment. Same day assessments for all ages are available Monday through Friday from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Same day assessments at the Bedford center are available on Mondays only.
