Dental Assisting Clinic, Free Dental Care

The Dental Assisting Training Clinic of Germanna Community College offers professional provided/student assisted oral care to the public.  This service is offered so that dental assisting students may fulfill the clinical requirements of their college certificate program.  The Clinic is located at the Lloyd F. Moss Clinic, 1301 Sam Perry Blvd, Fredericksburg, Virginia.  Student dental assistants work with licensed dental hygienists and dentists in the delivery of dental care.

Anyone may take advantage of the free services.

Clinic hours are Fridays. Please call 540-423-9833 for more information and to be placed on the treatment request list. If you get voicemail, please leave your name, address and phone number and a student will call you back to schedule an appointment.

Expect to spend 3 hours for your initial and subsequent appointments. Services provided include oral exams, periodontal scaling, ultrasonic scaling, pain control, cleaning removable appliances and prostheses, nonsurgical/simple extractions and more.
