Who We Are
Clinch Valley Community Action can provide help to eligible families with utility bills and heating (coal, wood, kerosene, and propane. The Emergency Food and Shelter (EFS) Program is made possible by multiple funding sources.
Funding for assistance opens and closes periodically throughout the year. Assistance for utilities and fuel assistance is based on the availability of funds.
Under Emergency Services, help with past-due utility bills may be available.
