Who We Are

Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia can help with certain legal matters.
Through partnerships with the Legal Aid Society of Eastern Virginia and the Virginia Legal Aid Society, Senior Services can help you obtain legal advice and representation by an attorney (for all legal efforts except criminal and fee-generating cases). Wills, estates, guardianship, power-of-attorneys, advance directives or living wills, landlord-tenant disputes, consumer disputes, and entitlement/benefit appeals. The cost is voluntary.
