Who We Are

The Murraygate Village Apartments have 199 units of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments available for families.  The number of accessible or modified units is 8.   Location of accessible units is the first floor.  The building entrance is wheelchair accessible.  There are handicapped parking spaces, curb cuts, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (wheelchair accessible), low cabinets, sinks, and countertops and raised toilets.   Public transportation is in front of the building. 
The Murraygate Village Apartments are newly renovated and are among the nearly 4,000 units of housing which are owned and operated by the Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) for the purpose of providing housing options to low-income households.

Financing is available through the Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and HUD Section 8 subsidies.
