Who We Are
Phoenix Village provides housing for low and moderate income, disadvantaged, elderly, individuals with disabilities and displaced persons and/or families under HUD, Section 8, rent subsidies or VHDA, low interest mortgage program. There are 48 one and two bedroom apartments.There is a wait list.
Apartments are managed by the Hampton Newport News Community Services Board
