Who We Are
York County Meals-On-Wheels, Inc., a volunteered-based non-profit organization, has been active since 1973. It is designed to ensure that any qualified county resident in need of this service, even on a short-term basis, will receive one hot meal each weekday. No one is refused service because of an inability to pay; however, they may be asked to contribute whatever they are able to afford.
Meals on Wheels helps seniors or people with disabilities to remain independent, maintain their health, manage their own affairs and live their lives with dignity.
