Legal aid Society of Eastern Virginia provides quality legal assistance to low-income persons who reside within our service area in civil matters.
Applicants for services should contact the Center's Intake & Referral Unit or visit the nearest service office to be screened for eligibility. Financial Income Guidelines are set by the Center's Board of Directors, and are based on 125% of federal poverty guidelines, along with other criteria.
