Public Housing

Suffolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority's (SRHA) mission is to develop and operate affordable housing that will provide a decent, safe and sanitary homes and a suitable living environment to low and moderate income families of the City of Suffolk. SRHA will participate in the redevelopment and conservation of neighborhoods in Suffolk, both residential and commercial.

SRHA manages 466 units of public housing for families, elderly, and disabled individuals throughout the city of Suffolk. These units include:  Parker Riddick Villages, Cypress Manor Apartments, Hoffler Apartments and Colander Bishop Meadows and 1 mid-rise, Chorey Park Apartments housing elderly and disabled individuals.
