Who We Are

The Williamsburg Redevelopment and Housing Authority is a provider of safe, decent and affordable shelter as well as economic opportunity for those of greatest need and which will effectuate a positive impact on the community.  Williamsburg Housing Authority aims to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for low- and moderate-income families, elderly and the disabled. Our mission is to preserve and maintain the existing housing stock, provide for redevelopment of depressed areas and create homeownership.

The agency owns and manages 104 federally subsidized housing units that consists of 38 elderly and disabled one-bedroom units and 66 family units.
