Stroke Information and Education

National Stroke Association offers support and information to stroke survivors and their families through Public and Patient Education. NSA's Hotline 1-800-STROKES - provides stroke statistics, information and resources, print and audio-visual materials on stroke prevention, treatment and rehabilitation, provides guidance and support to hospitals for screenings through Stroke Prevention Programs, conducts a public awareness campaign annually for National Stroke Awareness Month in May.
