Who We Are

The Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority manage the Housing Choice Voucher program and the Public Housing program.

Public Housing:  At present, there are two different apartment complexes (Elizabeth Miller Gardens and Farrier Court) with units designated for the elderly and disabled between the two complexes. The units range from one-bedroom to five-bedroom townhouses. Rent is based on income and utilities are included.

Housing Choice Voucher and Section 8 rentals are programs of the  U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. (HUD).  Call for more details.
