Who We Are
The FAAA Home Delivered Meal Program (HDM) provides nutrition and social connection to older adults and some individuals with disabilities who live in Fairfax County and the cities of Falls Church and Fairfax. Meals are delivered weekly with two nutritious meals provided for weekdays and one for the weekend (11 meals total). The meals are heart healthy and meet state standards for nutrition.

Client must reside in Fairfax County or the cities of Fairfax and Falls Church.
Other Eligibility Criteria
Persons 60 and older with low-income, greatest economic need, greatest social need, risk of institutional placement, with particular attention to low-income, low-income minority, limited English proficiency, and residing in rural or geographically isolated areas. Homebound, cannot shop for or prepare their own meals or have no one available to prepare meals.
