Low Cost Apartments

Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing operates over 1,000 apartments in sixteen buildings in Arlington for low-income individuals and families. Also offers referrals to other affordable housing. The exact cost of rent varies, based on the area median income, the property, and the apartment size. The program provides limited short-term emergency rental assistance to tenants.
