Event Description
Stroke Survivor & Caregiver Education/Support Group. Be part of the group centered on healing, resilience and empowerment led by stroke survivors and caregivers. The group facilitators acknowledge that everyone's recovery journey is different and welcome all participants. The sessions will support you through your recover challenges provide opportunities for you to share your experiences, lend peer support and be tailored to your needs. Meeting is held on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 2-3pm.
