Melrose Towers is a 9 story buildings (212 apartments) for independent living for individual who are 62 years of age or older or who are disabled. Rent is based on 30% of your adjusted gross income with the option to pay the established flat rent for this site (whichever is the lesser amount).
Handicapped-accessible apartments, well illuminated parking area, on site maintenance, utilities included, 24 hour emergency maintenance service and washer and dryers on every floor. Pets are allowed.
