Who We Are
YMCA offers a 12 week Diabetes Control Program for adults who currently have type 2 diabetes. Participants can learn how to manage your diabetes through the instruction of a Lifestyle Coach. Goal of the program is to help participants lower their A1C, lose weight, and increase physical activity to 150 minutes per week.
