Adams Compassionate Healthcare Network (ACHN) is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to community members in need. Volunteer doctors and staff provide specialty care at low or no cost to the patient.

In order to become an ACHN patient, you must meet certain eligibility requirements.  These include having no other healthcare insurance and meeting certain income guidelines. You must meet with an eligibility counselor each year to update information.

Some of the services provided include care for chronic medical conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or arthritis; preventative screenings; routine doctor visits; well-woman exams; lab work; health counseling; and prescribing and dispensing medicine.
