Continuing Care Retirement Community

Atlantic Shores is a continuing-care retirement community.  Retirement living is available to individuals aged 55 and over including the ability to lease or own your home. In the case of married couples, only one of the partners needs to be 55. Atlantic Shores takes care of home maintenance, lawn care, and housekeeping our residents have free time. The community offers independent senior living, including a full social life, new learning experiences, a fitness center, recreation, and adventure. Continuing care services available are Assisted Living (Harbourway) with 52 apartments at Atlantic Shores;  rehabilitation services, long-term nursing care, and hospice care in Seaside Health Center.
