This ten hour program, conducted in five two hour modules, addresses the needs of family and professional caregivers by bringing them together in a relaxed setting to discuss common issues, share ideas and gain a better understanding of each other's prospective on what it means to be a caregivers. Caring for You, Caring for Me is an education seminar offered periodically around the United States. The five sessions aim to have family and professional caregivers recognize their similarities, universal psychosocial difficulties and shared rewards associated with all types of caregiving.
