Who We Are
The Daily Planet Health Care Center offers the following clinics for homeless individuals and the uninsured or under-insured:
Dental clinic: Provides a full line of dental services including routine preventive and restorative services, as well as urgent care. These services include cleanings, fillings, emergency services; extractions, dentures, root canals, x-rays, and other routine and preventative dental care. Call 804.783.0678 to schedule a dental appointment.
Emergency services are only for extractions. Held every Thursday from 8 am-3 pm. Emergency patient services are on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please be aware: there is a cost associated with all dental services. If you are uninsured, there is a sliding fee scale to minimize your healthcare costs. To qualify for this assistance, please bring photo identification, two most recent paycheck stubs, your most recent tax return or W-2, or a social security determination letter.
