Who We Are
Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board provides respite care for adolescents and adults with moderate to severe emotional disturbances, intellectual disabilities or substance abuse. The temporary care is provided in the home for someone needing assistance with activities of daily living to allow a break for the caregiver.
