The Healthy Smile Dental Center (formerly Beazley Dental Center and the City Dental Clinic on Effingham Street) offers quality dental services to both children and adults. Call for insurance plans that are accepted. For uninsured patients, fees are based on a sliding scale.
The locations in Norfolk and Portsmouth offer preventive, restorative and emergency dental care. The Healthy Smiles mobile-dental program travels throughout Portsmouth, Norfolk, and Suffolk and provides services onsite at various community services organizations. Call for an appointment.
