Who We Are
SERVE is the Manassas campus of Northern Virginia Family Service (NVFS). NVFS owns properties that provide over 92 beds for transitional, permanent supportive and affordable housing and lease-to-own opportunities to help families on every step of their journey from homelessness to possible home ownership. Shelter guests stay an average of 39 days, and during that time, work with a case manager who helps connect them with the right tools, knowledge and resources for lasting well-being and self-sufficiency.
Eligible families receive subsidized housing and intensive support services for up to 24 months.Other services include food assistance, early childhood education, and health access.
