Who We Are

The Loudoun Community Free Clinic is located on the Inova Loudoun Cornwall campus and provides a General Medical Clinic, offering acute and chronic non-emergency care to the medically underserved population of Loudoun County. Patients are initially screened for eligibility, then seen by the physician. Medications are paid for by the Free Clinic through a local pharmacy and pharmacy programs. For specialty services, patients are referred to doctors who have agreed to provide office visits free of charge.

The Free Clinic does not provide emergency care, birth control, pain medications, mental health services, disability physicals, school physicals or immunizations. However, staff can help you locate these resources.

The Loudoun Free Clinic also offers the following specialty clinics once a month:  Endocrinology, Cardiology, Chiro,  Nephrology, Orthopedic, and Physical Therapy.
