Who We Are

The Sleep Disorders Center has a home-like atmosphere with 8 spacious bedrooms.  Service is provided in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.  The highly trained staff offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment options for sleep disorders to the Central Virginia region.

Sleep study is an overnight study in the Sleep lab when the sleep process is measured. A sleep specialist will review and interpret the recording to help you and your health care professional understand your specific sleep problems.  Sleep problems can include trouble falling asleep, trouble staying asleep, nightmares, sleepwalking, bed wetting and sleep apnea.
