Who We Are
Portsmouth Family Medicine specializes in geriatrics and family medicine. The practices of EVMS Health Services are located throughout Hampton Roads, with most of the specialties having at least one office location on the campus of Eastern Virginia Medical School.
Staff performs geriatric, cognitive, ADL/IADL, functional and medical assessments and checks for memory loss, vision and hearing loss, depression, anxiety, sensory impairment and screens for elder abuse.
Staff also provide physical exams, and evaluation of osteoporosis, incontinence, and fall risk and will provide nutritional reviews.
