Bereavement Support

Riverside Hospice provides ongoing grief support as you and your family members work through the loss of a loved one.  Bereavement support groups can assist adults in adjustments during the initial period of mourning and into the actual work of grief after the death of a loved one.  Participants can share experiences and relate to others in a similar situation.  Support groups can be in person or over the internet by Zoom.

Steve McGee is the Bereavement Coordinator for the Peninsula area and can be reached at 757-594-2745 for more information about times and days a support group will meet.   Group and individual counseling are also provided to those in need of this service.
