Who We Are
The Up Center’s Reverse Mortgage Counseling program assists homeowners age 62 and up to access the equity of their home. Our counselors explain how to take out a loan, which typically does not have to be paid back as long as clients live in their home. This counseling service fulfills the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) prerequisite for a Reverse Mortgage application.
