Richmond Behavioral Health Authority's (RBHA) HIV AIDS Early Intervention Services provides community based and inter-agency outreach and referral for HIV and AIDS related services and supports. HIV AIDS Early Intervention Services include:
- Specialized alcohol and other drug dependence services,
- Priority access to RBHA services for people living with HIV/AIDS and individuals that are intravenous drug users,
- Community-based outreach and education,
- Intensive case management,
- Client-centered prevention counseling,
- Free confidential HIV testing with OraQuick ADVANCE® Rapid HIV-1/2 Antibody.
RBHA offers confidential HIV testing and counseling services Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, and staff regularly provides HIV prevention outreach and community education to at-risk populations.
