Who We Are
Virginia School for the Deaf and the Blind provides communication services through interpreters, technology, and other modes and shares information with the public. Provides alerting devices (assessment/recommendation and funding assistance/consultation).
Fully accessible to persons with disabilities. Located on East Beverly Street in Staunton. Has a sign language interpreter directory (call at least 5 days prior to assignment). Assistive Technology program provides demonstration of equipment, equipment for loan, application for telephone equipment for deaf and hard of hearing. Information and referral.
