Who We Are
Brain Injury Services of Southwest Virginia offers Adult Case Management program. This program provides community-based case management to adult survivors and their families who reside in the service area.
Includes the process of identifying, planning, coordinating, monitoring and evaluating services and resources to meet an individual's needs. In addition, case management includes advocating for and creating community resources.
Cognitive skills and communication, behavior, education, mobility and transportation, vocation and employment, self care and independent living, and recreation and socialization are part of case management.
Families residing outside the service area may be provided technical or consultative assistance.
Satellite locations are in Abingdon, Blacksburg, Norton and Wytheville for adult case management.
